VRF FIBER RICH WHITE-BREAD
- ABN-VRF is a vegetable fibre which permits the production of white bread without changing its organoleptic characteristics and without obliging the industry to change its production methods.
- ABN-VRF can be used in the production of any type of bread which the market requires: loaves, baguettes and hamburger and hotdog buns rich in fibre.
- Bread with ABN-VRF contributes up to 5 times more fibre to the diet than normal white bread, and even more importantly, without the consumer noting any difference.
- A sandwich made with ABN-VRF provides 50% of the recommended daily allowance (RDA) of fiber in children aged between 8 and 10 years.
ABN-VRF can be applied to a wide range of bakery products and pastries. The dose varies from fiber to achieve goals and customer expectations.
Currently ABN has developed three types of products being sold:
- White Bread Mold rich in fiber. Fiber Content: 12%
- Baguette rich in fiber. Fiber Content: 6%
- High fiber muffins. Fiber Content: 3%
