Products elaborated with controlled fresh eggs, with a conscientious process starting in the farms, continues in the warehouse and with much more emphasis, in the production lines.

The powdered egg thereby obtained conserves the natural freshness for a whole year without alterations. Maintains both its organoleptic and functional qualities.

It is processed in a HACCP manufacturing plant (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points). An on-site laboratory follows up and analyzes all the stages in the process throughout as well as the industrialized egg prior to despatch to the customer.

Products in accordance to the European directives 852/2004, 853/2004, 178/2002.

We can say deshidratation is the best way to conserve if the process is correct.
