Lazy Town, one of ABN’s Food Partners, takes part in the Healthy Lifestyle Forum (June 2011)

Lazy Town took an active role in the Healthy Lifestyle Forum between the 10th and 12th of June. The aim of this forum was the prevention of obesity and was opened by the head of the Madrid Local Authority, Esperanza Aguirre. The event counted on the support of public institutions such as the Madrid Community itself, the Health Ministry, the Spanish Heart Foundation and a wide range of foundations and private companies.

There were various round tables during the forum in which scientists and companies related to foodstuffs and healthy lifestyle took part. For the “sport as a vehicle for the promotion of health” table, the forum invited Magnús Scheving, the popular Icelandic actor who took the lead role in Sportacus, so that we could hear first hand about his valuable experience in the active promotion of sport in infancy.

Various moments from the event can be seen in the photos in which Magnus is seen posing alongside the logos of the companies who work with Lazy Town, amongst which, and how could it be any other way, that of ABN.
